诗云月离于毕，俾滂沱矣。书云星有好风，星有好雨。太阴躔毕度而在酉上安命是也。若七。八月之间，正旱而沛然甘霖，以泽万民。更逢水星，虽辰上安命亦妙。傥在叁肆月生，乃水潦涨溢之时，则止为飘荡之命。

日月之行，则以风雨释。洪范者以为不吉之兆。不知月之从星，从其所好，毕雨，则有肓物之功，岂得为不吉之兆乎？如人命安身在毕，无凶星恶宿入者，皆能育物济时，皆为有福之命。若凶曜入者，则不祥。
