丙午岁，闰七月十六日巳时生。其时诸星皆环帝座，身命三合，又无空宫，实为难得，岂不为大贵人！况四元三限时命二星，所谓九事者，又为满用洞微九事歌云：九事全而顺，五行必然享福得遐龄。九事若离福不至，万般智虑一无成。欲知九事本原例，四元三限时命至，乃正得此格也。
