此星喜居田宅宫，及七强入庙，生旺之地，主多业产，如留逆无气，更在闲极陷地，俱不得祖业，主多破败。田宅宫别有吉星临照，亦自能成立。如田宅地，更是忌星相犯，加以命弱失陷，一生并无田宅。

诗曰生来须有皇恩命，官禄高强位䕃星。若遇科名科甲贵，因兹食禄，播王庭。
