太乙月孛星，属水之馀，天暗之宿也。一名彗星，一名妖星，一名天哭。毛头星，隐行于天，其行宫度，一日行十一分二十九秒，一宫住九个月，九年行一周。天行道有黄赤之不同，喜怒之无定。喜则为少微星，怒则为彗星。此星出现，使众曜无光，群星失色，或入南北斗中，或入太微宫，或犯天阙，国须有灾，所主分野，郡必有灾，人民饥馑，流离其方。若兵兴将死兵亡。乙生人以为禄，主星，甲生人以为暗星。
